Auto Refresh with EPM Pulse
Hi guys,
I want to build a report showing tasks status from Planner and I use EMP Pulse as a data gateway.
Everything works fine with Power BI Desktop.
However it throws an error everytime the dataset refreshes the Power BI Service although I updated the credentials.
Have you guys faced the same?
hi, nguyenhoangnam If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

You are right, I need to purchase a pro account to get support from MS.
