Hi, so for now, my dashboards are view from the following source:
- App (on browswer and MS Team)
- Workspace (on browswer and MS Team)
- Embeded link (to push on MS internal sites)
My data source is from "Web" with credentials. As I am quite new to PBI, the only way I know to refresh the data is to go to the file on PBI desktop > refresh data > publish to web > update app online.
So my question is that whether I can cut off those step by automcatically update/refresh the data or scheduling some how? Or can I let the viewers refresh it?
Thank you!

Hi @mandynguyen,
Have a look at Configure scheduled refresh - Power BI | Microsoft Docs.
You configure refresh on the dataset and then anything displayed in app/workspace that uses that workspace will use the new data.
Thanks! I'll contact IT and try this!
