Auto Re-run Failed Scheduled Report

Hello,   Is there a way to automatically re-run a failed scheduled Power BI Report? E.g. I have a report that is scheduled to run everyday at 7AM, but whenever it fails, I have to manually retry to...

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    I'm afraid but currently there is no such functionality in power bi to automatically refresh the dataset if it fails. The reason might be that if a schedule fails due to some reason, then even if the automatic refresh occurs, it might again.

    Hence power bi notifies through email so that you can resolve the issue and then schedule again.

     

    However, you can submit "automatic refresh when schedule fails "as an idea here.

     

    Something that you can do is schedule multiple refreshes within an 1-2 hours.
