Do we have any way to implement an auto pop up feature? For Example, If a user visits a Power BI report then that User will get a pop up message as a reminder to fill the feedback form.
If you're looking to implement an auto pop-up feature for collecting user feedback directly within Power BI, the Power BI User Feedback Pro custom visual could be the perfect solution!
Here’s how it works:
Auto Pop-Up Feedback Form: Although Power BI doesn’t natively support auto pop-ups, the User Feedback Pro visual can be configured to display a feedback form as soon as the report is opened. This can act as the reminder you’re looking for to prompt users to provide feedback.
Seamless Integration: The feedback form will appear directly within the report, so users don’t need to leave Power BI or navigate to any external sites. This makes the process much more user-friendly and integrated.
Real-Time Feedback: The visual allows users to provide ratings and comments on the report, which are automatically logged and sent to Azure Application Insights for analysis. You can also customize the form to suit your needs, including adding different feedback options.
Configurable for Multiple Purposes: You can also use the visual to collect various types of feedback, such as rating the data quality or gathering user suggestions for improvement.
By using this visual, you can easily collect feedback within Power BI and even make the process pop up automatically when the report is accessed, offering the reminder functionality you need.
You can find the Power BI User Feedback Pro visual on AppSource and integrate it seamlessly into your reports.

You might also want to check out the Power BI User Feedback custom visual as an alternative solution. This visual allows you to capture user feedback directly within the report and can be set up to pop up automatically when the report is opened. While Power BI doesn't natively support auto-pop-up windows, this custom visual gives you a user-friendly way to gather feedback without requiring users to leave the report.
You can easily configure the User Feedback visual to collect responses and store them in a variety of places (like a SharePoint list, or even send them via email). This would give you the "reminder" functionality you're looking for, and it’s all contained within the Power BI environment.
It’s a great option if you want to make the feedback process seamless for users and keep everything within the Power BI ecosystem.

Posted it as an idea. Below is the link

Hey @jerinsam ,
This sounds like a good idea. There is no native way to do this that I am aware of. It would be great if you would create an idea and then let us know that you have done so and we can vote for it.
That said, I did find this which seems to do what you want. Remember though - Power BI does not natively "write back" to anything so the feedback form has to have its results stored somewhere else (excel file maybe??).

I would appreciate Kudos if my response was helpful. I would also appreciate it if you would Mark this As a Solution if it solved the problem. Thanks!
