Auto Machine Learning - After Applying the Model, the OutPut Column Result is Empty.

Dear Team,

I have followed the below steps within the last 3 days many times, and yet the output column is empty.

Link: https://app.powerbi.com/groups/a02c0d59-ee7d-4ce7-a80b-99ffbc7eddc4/dataflows/6b16db37-d516-4a28-9b6...

> DataFlow has 2 different data sources.

 1- PL/SQL Query which has 27K rows

2- User Created Table which has 9K Rows

and merged both data under the name "Merge" with Left Join and add a single column "ACTUAL_ARRIVAL_UTC"

DataFlow refreshed in 15 seconds successfully.

> The training has been accomplished successfully

1- ModelName: "DeliveryPointETA" with "360 Min Training"

2-"DeliveryPointETA Training Data" and "DeliveryPointETA Testing Data" have been created successfully.

 3- Status = "Trained" (Took 16min)

 4- Type = "Regression"

5- Model Training Report created and Performance is %86

> Then applied the model with the following details:

1- Input entity is selected "Merge"

2- New output column name "DeliveryPointETA"

3- "Merge enriched DeliveryPointETA" and "Merge enriched DeliveryPointETA explanations" have been created successfully

4- Applied model refreshed successfully (took 55 Min)

> When I have checked the Result columns they are all empty:
1- "DeliveryPointETA.RegressionResult" is empty
2- "DeliveryPointETA.RegressionExplanation" is empty
3- "DeliveryPointETA.RegressionIndex" is populated.

Since the RegressionResult column is empty unable to predict the data at all.

Can you please advise?

Rgds,

VT

Hi @Anonymous,

If you do not apply merge operations in your entities, did these fields appeared?
BTW, it seems like you are creating a computed entity. Do you work with premium license that has premises to use this type of entity? Using computed entities on Power BI Premium

Hi,

shortly I am part of the Premium License and using it accordingly.

Also within the exact same way I did create 2 ML Model successfully and working fine.

The only different could be the cardinality of the training model, my previous records were around 10-17K but this time I did increase 40K.

Rather than that the rest is same.

Any further advise?

HI @Anonymous,

Maybe you can submit a support ticket to ask power bi team to check the backend requests to get further supports, it is free to pro and above licenses.
