Audit logs availability

Below are my queries about the POWER BI Audit logs

1.as per my knowledge we can't access audit logs asap i.e. for today's logs we have to for 48 hours, it was going to have a huge impact if there is an issue that was causing the outage. I do work with many other BI tools auditing was very powerful and logs are stored and made available within the local systems as POWER BI is more of cloud I understand that there could be some issues to provide logs live but still 48 hours is too much , is there anyway that we are looking at the possibility of bringing down this interval.

2. Can we read audit logs directly into Power BI, if we can please do let us know how to do that
