ArcGIS Support

Where can I contact ArcGIS support for their plugin?

 

As paid subscribers we want to map to area SLA1 for Australia which is enabled. We can select the areas on the map and the correct ID is displayed. We have a table with matching IDs yet they are not located "Failed to locate x features"

 

Can we confirm that they are using 11 digit SLA1 MAINCODE or 7? 7 half works but gives very random results.

 

A contact email orphone number for the paid support wqoudl be great.

      I have geocoded my addresses (at a fair expense) into Australia Bureau of Statistics SLA1 codes. (These are 11 or 7 digits code – what does this pug-in use?)

       

      The ‘Location’ field for the Visualiser is the SLA1 code (tried text and numerical format)

       

      When I make these changes it ‘fails to locate X features’ – all of them

       

      It sometimes locates the correct areas – but then says it doesn’t match at the same time.
