Apps vs. Reports Sharing
Hello friends, need your advice.
I have 2 reports: one is a financial report another is a sales pipeline report.
There are 3 kinds of users: first need access only to financial report, second - only to sales and the third kind - to both.
I am struggling to understand what is the best way to do this:
I could make 2 reports in the same Workspace and share them with different users. Another option - is to publish 2 separate Apps, but then - it requires 2 separate Workspaces.
It is confusing - please advise. Thank you!

I would create a single App workspace and then share the Reports, not the workspace with the required people. I view workspace sharing for author collaboration and report sharing for end users/readers.

I wonder then - how exactly Apps serve my purpose...
I would like to share Apps with my users but unfortunalely they are so tightly connected to Workspace that I hardly can use them...

Apps are more if you want to bundle reports and dashboards up as sort of a single unit.

In my experience, that's not really what most people do.
