Community ChampionI would create a single App workspace and then share the Reports, not the workspace with the required people. I view workspace sharing for author collaboration and report sharing for end users/readers.

I wonder then - how exactly Apps serve my purpose...
I would like to share Apps with my users but unfortunalely they are so tightly connected to Workspace that I hardly can use them...

Apps are more if you want to bundle reports and dashboards up as sort of a single unit.

In my experience, that's not really what most people do.
