Hi I uploaded the Power BI dashboard into my workspace. And it auto-generate the dashboard, report, and dataset.

The location of the dataset is at the Teams folder.

I have updated the dataset in the Teams folder but when I try to refresh the power BI dataset. It's failed.

The error:
Scheduled refresh is disabled because at least one data source is missing credentials. To start the refresh again, go to this dataset's settings page and enter credentials for all data sources. Then reactivate scheduled refresh.

Is it possible that you have on-prem data sources and it wants you to use a gateway because of that?

Ans:  I was upload the Power BI on to the MyWorkspace, and the data set also upload together. The data source of the data set should from a shared Teams folder.

Ans: This is the error. And I didn't use schedule refresh, I just click on the refresh, and this is the error.

You need to go to the dataset in the settings and make sure everything is configured here with your credentials

Hi Brunner_BI, thank you for answering the question.

As you can see, the Data source credentials is grey which means I cannot edit it.
