App - Keep having to refresh Visuals to bring through data

I have data sets and dataflows which are refreshed overnight. However when users go to the app it only seems to show the last time they logged in.

I keep habing to get them to hit Refresh Visuals and then the new data is loaded into the app

Surely this should be happening automatically? I am not sure what to do about this issue. they are starting to lose their trust of the process

Hi. That's weird. You might need to dig in your user's browser configuration. The default behaviour says that ff you have the an App or Report opened when a refreshes run. The numbers won't change until you click refresh. However if you turn off your machine and start over it should be like a refresh.

I'm not sure what would happen if the browser is configured to persist the most cache and cookies ever. It might be like having it open everytime. This might occur too if they are not closing and turning on the PC at night.

I hope you find the reason of their report not refreshing data.

P/D Using the windows 10 app might be a fix if you can't control their browser configuration.
