Allow all admins in a Workspace to refresh datasets
There are 4 admins in a workspace. The report I created pulls data from a Shaqrepoint site (excel file). for some reason, I am the only one who can refresh the dataset. How can I allow access for the others to update it. We do not have a gateway ( both the workspcaer and the files are on SharePoint.

Ensure your user credentials are entered accurately.
Refer:
data from sharepoint(not need gateway),and created by admin.
Then I use anther admin account:(it could refresh on demend)
And base file with access permission only creater.

Thanks - This worked - I appreciate the help
This solution worked yesterday, however today I have the same issue again - The settings on the dataset are identical to your suggestion, but the other admins can not trigger a dataset refresh. I'm at a loss as to what to try next

Is it possible for the creator to refresh on demand and also is there any error reported when other admins refresh? Also what is the situation when removing admins and re-adding them to workspace? I have used administrators other than the creator in my own previously configured environment and everything works fine.

I'm the creator of both the workapace and the BI files in question and I can refresh on demand. The other admins on the site can see the refresh icon to the left of the 3 dots on the dataset, but when they click it nothing happens. When I click it the file begins a refresh and a loading symbol appears to indicate the refresh is running. I did try removing them all and adding them again - I'll have them try now again today when they get to their desks. I appreciate your help here.
