Allow Other Users to View Reports
This seems like it should be very easy and I have seen other posts but I simply cannot get it to work.
I have a Premiem Per User License. I have published reports, both to My Workspace and PPU Workspace, with the diamond icon.
I would like to share the reports to a user with only a free license. But regardless of the workspace the report was saved in, or sharing it via link, teams, etc, they are asked to upgrade to a Pro license.
How do I share a report to a free user so they can view and change filters, etc. But they do not need write access, just simply access to view the report. Thanks!

If they are using Teams have you tried to share the report on a Teams channel? that way they will have access seamlessly.

Hi dkalina97
When it comes to sharing the end user would need a pro license to browse your published report else if you have published it to a premium capacity. In this case you have just to open your report click share and type the end use email address and he will receive a link accordingly.
Did it work ? π Mark it as a solution to help spreading knowledge π A kudos would be appreciated - dkalina97Helper I
So then my question is, what are users with free licenses able to view? And what is the benefit of having a Premium Per User license vs. a Pro license?
