This would be due to the fact that you have configured the cache refresh to be hourly.
What happens is each hour a query is sent to your SSAS Server, this then updates the cache, when then updates the Dashboard tiles.
Because you have got an alert on the dashboard tile, it gets updated from the cache refresh. And this in turn fires off the alert.
