Admin Monitoring Report

Hi Team,
How to build a Power BI Admin Monitoring Report with
1.Workspace Access Details (Workspace,User,Role)
2.Report Usage(Report,Viewer,View Count,date)
3.Export Activity (Report Name,User,Export Type,Which data is expoted ,Timestamp)

Most of the data points that you are looking for are available in the reports available under "Fabric Admin Monitoring" workspace. This workspace will be accessible to all tenant admins.

As a tenant admin, use the Scanner API to run daily extracts.  Consider placing the results in a Lakehouse.
