Hello,
We are trying to add a custom visual to the organization visuals area for a subset of users, since we have only acquired a limited number of license seats for this visual. In the org visual settings, there are two radio options, the second being 'The visual will appear in the visualizations pane for the entire organization'. If we uncheck this to make it less discoverable, is there still a way for the users to add this visual to a dashboard? If not, what is the purpose of this setting? Thank you.
Regards,
Stephen

Hi @Anonymous ,
The private visual will appear in Visualizations pane of the users in your organization when you enable the option "The visual will appear in the visualizations pane for the entire organization.". This setting is disabled by default. If this option be disabled, you can click "..." icon and choose the option "Get more visuals", it will display a new window page. Navigate to "My organization" tab, select the visual which you want to add and click "Add" button.
You can get more details about the organization visual from the following documentation:
Best Regards
