Adal Device Object Not Found In Tenant Error Code

We are recieving the following error message from an email subscription error message. I have not been able to find anything similar, but hoping for some help.

The error while creating the subscription was:

AdalDeviceObjectNotFoundInTenantErrorCode

[tcmasut]

Were you able to find a solution to this error code?

I think we just removed and redid the subscription and it worked, but I can't remember for sure. It wasn't something major or I would probably remember.
