Activity Log Events

Hi all:  
I've been looging at the output from Get-PowerBIActivityEvent and I've got an Activity type of "BindMonikersToDatasources"
I've spent some time googleing and cannot find a definition of what this is.   Any ideas? 
Also , anyone know where there is a list of all activity types and their definition.  I seem to remember seeing this for O365 audit log _Pbi had it's own subsection but that was a few years ago.
