Data Activator Events in the Audit Logs
Hello,
In our organisation there are a few Data Activator triggers that will generate emails throughout the day. We in the admin team don't have visibility of the emails.
So, is there any API that we can use that logs the Data Activator activity so we can track its usage? I can't see anything in the Get Events API, but wondered if there was a different one which could tell us this info
Thanks
Rich
Hi RichMiles
Thanks for the confirmation.
Currently, Data Activator does not appear to expose email notification activity through Fabric logs or available APIs. Since this capability would be beneficial for administration and governance scenarios, I’d recommend submitting an idea in the Fabric Ideas - Microsoft Fabric Community forum so the product team can consider adding audit and API support for Data Activator notifications in future updates.

The activators will be the least of your concerns. What is really going to hurt is the eventhouse uptime cost.

Unofrtunately this hasn't been resolved. I don't think that Data Activator leaves anything in the logs, though
