Access to the semantic model from App

When you publish a Power BI App:
Any user who can view a report in the App is automatically granted implicit “Read” access to the underlying semantic model.
This implicit permission shows up as “App” under Semantic model → Permissions.
That access is required so visuals can query the model.

Not sure if you want to use a workspace app, but it does not give access to the semantic model.
