Access to all reports

Is there a way to get admin access to all reports on my tenant?  I am currently a Global Admin but do not have access to reports unless they are shared with me.  I need this because i get requests where people cannot see a dashobard or report unless someone (the owner) shares it with them but i am looking for a way to do that on the owner's behalf.  Thanks.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Nope, current power bi not allow others to access personal workspaces, they can only access shared contents and their own personal workspace.
Maybe you can create a group workspace and ask them to publish to this group, then modify group permission to not allow members edit.

@Anonymous thank you for the response.  This makes administration a bit challenging.
