Access issue to the dataset

Greeting all , 

I created a report using data that are stored in a sharepoint , so after the creation i added arround 200 members to the sharepoint as well as the workspace , the issue that only one of these members cant access to the dataset even i follow the same structure for adding the members ,   

Here the following SS :  ( in english : You dont have access to the dataset , contact the admin of the dataset )  

What could be the issue here please ?
