I am using developer mode to start learning on custom visuals using the uploaded dataset (from my local system) and while trying to create a card/ bar chart I am getting error as 

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () 

for https://wabi-west-us-d-primary-redirect.analysis.windows.net/powerbi/resource/userPhoto/?huid=1954061426

When checked it shows

Access to wabi-west-us-d-primary-redirect.analysis.windows.net was denied

and 

Uncaught ReferenceError: regeneratorRuntime is not defined
