Access Data Alerts DB

Hi,

kindly help with the following case :

  1. A report is published on Power BI svcs Online
  2. The users set data alerts on different visuals
  3. Can the owner of the dashboard export or access a database of data alerts created by all users to maintain a log.

NOTE:

  • We don't have an Office 365 license.
  • We have a SharePoint on-prem, SQL server and Power BI license only.
  • The publisher or the user don’t have access to Microsoft Power Automate/Flows.

    All I can think of is Microsoft Power Automate.

      We were able to tweak the requirements and embed the Power BI report to a sharepoint site instead.
      Where we manage tasks and alerts using sharepoint webparts.

       

      However an embeded report is void of the toolbar the power BI services has.
      This is challenging us as the user won't be able to comment, share the report further or download it as pdf,ppt.

       

      Is there a workaround to tackle this ?
