Acceso a Microsoft Power BI Pro desde otro país

Soy administrador del Centro de administración de Microsoft 365, hay un usuario en mi empresa que actualmente quiere iniciar sesión en Power BI Pro desde otro país, he estado buscando en el centro de administración la posibilidad de hacer esto, pero no lo encuentro, he visto como en efecto en reiteradas ocasiones ha intentado hacer el inicio. Si es cierto que encontré un apartado donde especificas una ubicación de la cuenta, pero no la he cambiado ya que es puntual que tenga que iniciar sesión desde otro país, por lo que necesito una solución. No se si será posible permitir el inicio de ciertas IP's o algo por el estilo.

Please try the conditional access in fabric.

Conditional Access in Microsoft 365 allows you to define policies that provide contextual control over access to Microsoft 365 apps, including Power BI. You can configure policies to allow access only from specific locations or IP ranges.

You can select Users & Groups and include the specific user(s) in the assignments section, then under Cloud apps or actions, select Power BI Service. Next you can specify Locations and then define the allowed IPs under conditions.

Hi, I tried to access the conditional access panel and I have all the function to create new policies disabled, so I have started to investigate and I have discovered that I have to assign the role of conditional access administrator, after applying this role, I went to the conditional access panel and still not let me create policies, I tried to log out and log back in and still does not enable the option. How can I solve this?
