    Thanks for the reply v-lionel-msft, but unfortunately refreshing in a non-premium workspace is giving the same error message.

        Hello, 

         

        I am currently experiencing the same issue when trying to use the text analytics function, but don't understand how this wouldn't be a contradiction.  Reading through the documentation is extremely confusing.  

        If you need premium capacity to enable the feature, and if the report uses the premium capacity of the workspace in which it is published to function, how can you publish the report to a non-premium workspace to allow for scheduled refreshing if it needs that premium capacity to work?

         

        rburns did you ever figure out a workaround to this issue?  

         

        v-lionel-msft  Would appreciate any insights.  In addition, if you can only publish this feature to non-premium workspace, does this mean that you can only share this feature in reports with other pro license users?
