ACCESS TO GUEST USERS (B2B External Users)

Request
Report (paginated) to be shared with external users
Current Setup
- Power BI Desktop
- Power BI Pro (trial)
- Power BI Admin - Internal IT
Specific Ask
- What are the best practices to facilitate B2B report access?
- What privileges would be requred?
- Is there any alternate approach, if any?

The rule of thumb is that for anybody to see a report, they need to have a PRO license. With a trial license I don't believe that you can share any report (or workspace). That said, to share a report with external users you have to share with the userid that has the license - whether that is their companies userid or one within your company that you share with them.
If you have Premium (which you indicate that you do not) then sharing is a bit easier but you still are using the license for a user theory.
