401 Error while accessing dash board share by someone else

    hi Everyone,

     

    It worked. I assigned a role to the person whom i shared the dashboard with.

Hi

I am afraid I can't help, but am have a similar experience with a shared dataset. The error message reads

 

"Couldn't load the data for this visual
 
Couldn't retrieve the data for this visual. Please try again later.

I tried going to the support section, but whilst I am on a trial period for Pro, it appears I don't get free support!
