Hi everyone,
I have a user that is having an issue viewing a report. This problem is specific to the user as others are able to view the report. She has also tried to view other reports she has access to on the server but she keeps getting this error.
The first time she opens the report in a browser she gets this error:
If she tries to refresh the page she gets either of these two errors:
She has tried different browsers, deleted cookies and cleared browsing history, empty cache but still getting the error

Please try to:
1. Stop and restart the report server;
2. Restart the computer.
3. What's the version of Report Server? Could you try to use the latest one - Version: 15.0.1105.230 (January 2021)? It fixed serveral bugs in previous version.
