powerbi export pie chart percent data

I have two part question. One

1. NOT able to see categoy and percentage value on pie chart for small sections - crrently I am able to display category and percent value in pie chart - but just the very small sections labels and percent values are missing.
2. As an alternative trying to see if I can export the data used to create pie chart along with percent values.
