We are planning to implement an on-premises Power BI environment to support 5,000 users. I would appreciate your guidance on the following:
Hardware Requirements: What would be the recommended hardware specifications for this deployment, considering the scale and anticipated user load?
Multi-Location Accessibility: How can we efficiently manage the setup to ensure seamless access for users located across multiple locations?
i think this system is not enugh for 5000 users
Thank you for your guidence

Hi, @Iamirzasad
I am glad to help you.
Hardware Requirements:
For a deployment of this scale, consider the following hardware specifications:
Processor: Minimum 2.0 GHz or faster, x64 processor (e.g., Intel Xeon, AMD Opteron)
Memory: Minimum 4 GB, but recommended 16 GB or more for optimal performance
Storage: Minimum 1 GB of available hard-disk space, but more will be required for the database server
Operating System: Windows Server 2022, Windows Server 2019 Datacenter, or Windows Server 2016 Datacenter
Database Server: SQL Server 2019 or later
Multi-Location Accessibility:
To ensure seamless access for users across multiple locations, consider the following:
Load Balancing: Implement load balancers to distribute traffic evenly across multiple servers.
Content Delivery Network (CDN): Use a CDN to cache content closer to users, reducing latency.
VPN or Direct Connect: For secure access, consider using VPNs or direct connections between locations.
High Availability Setup: Ensure your setup includes redundancy and failover mechanisms to maintain uptime.
