exporting visuals with comments attached

We have owners who don't have access to Power BI and just look at exported reports/PDFs that are sent to them. I am being asked to make sure we can comment on certain visuals in the report and then export it into the pdf so you can see the visual and the comment associated with it. Please tell me this is doable because this is a very simple functionality for a lot of other visualization softwares we use.
