White map

Hello,

i have a problem. I create a map and save it. ( I don´t have PowerBi Pro + I have Bing account)

 After cca 2 hours i start PowerBi and i see white box without map. 

I don´t know where is the problem. Someone doesn't know what to do with it?

Hi @Fidzi8 ,

I see you open your report in the desktop app and not in the Report Server itself. Do you open the report after 2 hours again or the file is still open and you look after two hours in the report ?

For the maps you need a internet connection but I think this is known?

My problem has been with company server. IT specialist solved access to the server.
