What method is to display two distinct report templates depending on the parameters in a paginated report?
At the report parameter level, there will be a parameter called 'select student'. By default, the first option in this parameter will be 'ALL', and the rest of the options will be a list of student names.
1. The default selection for the Student option will be 'ALL', and in this scenario, a comprehensive aggregated data template containing the batch number, class strength, and list of all student names will be shown.
2. When a specific student is selected in the Paramter option, a different template displaying the details of the chosen student will be presented.
How do we achieve this in the Paginated report under-report builder?

Hi, @Lakshmanan1
Based on your description, I've used the following sample data:
I created a parameter in Report Builder with all the customer names and ALL options:
At the same time, I created two template tables:
Open the Properties toolbar, select the entire table and find the Visibility option:
=Parameters!Name.Value<>"ALL"
When I select a specific student for the entire parameter, this table is hidden, and another table is displayed:
I'm using a SQL Server source, and I don't have the ALL student in my data source, so I modified my SQL query to show all the data when ALL is selected:
Here are the results:
