Visuals customs and Power BI Report Server

Bonjour, 

Des customs visuals de l'app source sont utilisés dans des rapports Power BI depuis un an.

Certains collaborateurs arrivent à les afficher sur Power BI Report Server

D'autres arrivent à les afficher sur Power BI Desktop pour Report Server, mais pas en ligne sur Power Bi Report Server.

L'ensemble des collaborateurs ont la même version de navigateur (chrome et edge)

Nous travaillons sur les versions report server mai 2024 et septembre 2023.

Hi everyone,

Thanks a lot @Expiscornovus , it was exactly the same issue (third party cookies blocked).  All the employees had not the same settings in the organization. Thank you for your help, it is solved !

Have you tested the method provided by Expiscornovus ? Does the method in the link he provided apply to your situation?

And I would like to ask you a question: do all employees have the same predefined roles in Power BI Report Server?

Hi @Anonymous,

As far as I understand (my French is not great) some users have issuues with loading a custom visual (which works for other users).

Have you tried inspecting this in the browser with developer toolbar (console tab)?

This might give you more specific error messages, like in the blog below:
