As far as I understand (my French is not great) some users have issuues with loading a custom visual (which works for other users).
Have you tried inspecting this in the browser with developer toolbar (console tab)?
This might give you more specific error messages, like in the blog below:

Thanks a lot Expiscornovus , it was exactly the same issue (third party cookies blocked). All the employees had not the same settings in the organization. Thank you for your help, it is solved !
