Visualisations disappeared after saving a new copy of my Power BI report in the same workspace

Good morning! Grateful if someone can help me resolve the following issue:

I built a Power BI report through Power BI desktop and published it to a shared workspace. Everything works just fine with only one report in that workspace. 

After I save a new copy of the report in the same workspace and refresh the dataset, part of the visualisation underpinned by a SharePoint list in that report disappear.

Does anyone know the reason and help me out here?

I cannot reproduce this issue, duplicated report show correct visuals after refresh.
Can you share a screenshort? Are the entire visuals disappeared or just displaying layout without any data?
