Users can't access reports via https

Hi!

Could you please help me with the following issue.?

Our PowerBI Report server is connected to the Analysis Server 2016 SP tabular model via live connection. Both Report Server and Analysis Server are located on our LAN.  Users from our Active Directory can access reports via HTTP connection without any issues. Recently we added also HTTPS link to the reports on PowerBI Report Server.

However, users can't access the reports via HTTPS. They can see a list of available reports, but when they try to open one of them they receive an error that they do not have permissions to view it.

I am perplexed why it is working via HTTP but does not wotk via HTTPS.

Does any one have any ideas why it is not working via HTTPS?

Thanks

Do you have registered an SPN especially for the port 443?
