Hey champs,
I need some advice how to solve this situation.
I want to show average number of days a ticket stayed in a particular status. Values of this matrix i average of days / status
jan | feb | mar | APRIL | MAY | JUNE | JULY | AUG | SEP | |
STATUS1 | |||||||||
STATUS2 | |||||||||
STATUS 3 |
Problem statement:
What if there are 10 issues and 9 issues took 30 days where as 1 issue took just 2 days. so average of this will be 3 days. What way i can show the variance too?
