Upgrading and Migratng Power BI Report Server

Hello,

We want to upgrade the Power BI Report Server (native mode PBI-RS) from the 2016 Server to a new machine that runs 2017.

I wonder, what is the best way to do so. Would the "standard procedure" as describe in MSDN https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/reporting-services/report-server/moving-the-report-server-databases-to-another-computer-ssrs-native-mode?view=sql-server-2017 apply here?
