Uninstall Report Server Update

Hi,

 

Is it possible to uninstall the recent update?  We are having some issues that we cannot find a fix for.

No, it's an upgrade that can't be rolled back. One option, if you backed up your catalog database, is to reinstall older version and bing the catalog to it. That said, do ask/report any issues if you feel there is a defect or flaw.

Thanks Jon.  I have another post in the forum with an issue on a scheduled refresh that was working in the previous version.  Is there official support from MSFT in this forum?  I'm used to MSDN support where questions are answered in a couple days by either msft or a partner.
