Unable to access URL via Reverse proxy F5

Hello,

I am an Report Server administrator and I am trying to access this URL for Yeb Portal : http://servername:80/Reports  >> OK

No, I have a new adress with F5 (reverse proxy) configuration : 

http://reverseprxyadress:80/Reports  I added in Advanced, the host header `reverseprxyadress` wirh the TCP port 80 but when trying to connect I got an authentication popup an even yhen I introduce the account user creditials I am unable to connect.

Any idea please?

I do not have much more knowledge about F5 load balancer, maybe @Jon-Heide@riccardomuti from PG team can share some suggestions on this issue.

Hello,

Now after configuring the URL through a F5 load balancer, I got an authenticaion popup and even after introducing the credintials, i am unabl to connect.

URL is like : http://reverseproxyadress:80/Reports/

N.B: in Report Server Configuration Manager, Advanced I put TCP port as 80 an Host  Header as reverseproxyadress

Any idea please?
