Turnoff the export options

Hi Team,

We got the requimrent to turnoff the export options except excel and pdf for users in Power Bi Report server.

Could you please assist us how can we turnoff the sepcified export option.

According to your description, Report Builder to export a paginated report is an extension of the plugin. For more details, you can read related document.

So as @d_gosbell  said. You can edite the rsreportserver.config file on the server to remove the Rendering Extensions.

Thanks Henry, But our requirement is to limit the export options with only excel and pdf for paginated reports. 

Other options should not appear when user click on export / save.

I already pointed you to the documentation on how to do this by editing your rsreportserver.config file.

I assume that you are talking about the paginated report export options here.

If this is correct you can do this by editing the rsreportserver.config file on the server to remove the Rendering Extensions that you do not require.
