Sorry, your report can't be exported to a PowerPoint file right now

Hi,

I have been through all of the documents and suggestions given for this error, but I can't seem to find what the issue could be. The report was exporting fine for months & all of the sudden now does not export. Is there an part of the error that might be able to point me in the direction on where the problem might be or where to look. My report is long, but not too long it is not too big or too slow. I have not changed the code in report or dataset and supposedly the Admins say they have not changed anything. Can anyone help me in troubleshooting. It appears that other reports(all are small-3 tabs) export. I am able to export each slide individually just not all at once. Any help is appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Hi it is way less than the 6 minutes. The thing that's most peculiar is that I have not changed anything, so I just don't know where to look I've tried troubleshooting by removing slide and trying to download one by one, and I can't seem to find anything that stands out. is there possibly a log that gets created somewhere that I could look at? That might give me some information or maybe a buffer that's created when it's exporting that might be getting full and that's why it's erroring out. I really don't know what to do, and I can't seem to get any help from the admin folks. Any help is appreciated. Thanks so much..

Please quantify "not too slow" - how long does it take before the error message comes up?
