Something went wrong Please Try Again Later

I'm running the latest PowerBI Server on premis.  Trying to create a schedule refresh plan and I keep getting "An Error has occured, Something went wrong Please Try Again Later".  I get the same error trying to set up a subscription via paginated report.  We are running the latest PowerBI Server on premis on one server and SQL on another server.
