Sharing Dashboard

We have Power BI Report Server and we need to share report with someone who outside of organization (

from different orggniation with different domin
for example our domin   AA@HGD.gov.sa 

 

and his domen like     BB@RET.gov.sa

To share a dashboard, navigate to the dashboard in the list of dashboards and drag it to the organization to proportion it with, at the left. To prevent sharing a dashboard with a groupclick on that institution at the left panel, navigate to the dashboard within the proper panel, and click forestall Sharing above the listing.

How to use custom Authentication? 
could you send me steps or hints to do that ?

Power BI report server relies in Windows / Azure Active Directory users, if you need an external domain , you will a trust relationship between domains.

Your other option is to use custom authentication
