Sharing Dashboard
We have Power BI Report Server and we need to share report with someone who outside of organization (
from different orggniation with different domin
for example our domin [email protected]
and his domen like [email protected]

To share a dashboard, navigate to the dashboard in the list of dashboards and drag it to the organization to proportion it with, at the left. To prevent sharing a dashboard with a group, click on that institution at the left panel, navigate to the dashboard within the proper panel, and click forestall Sharing above the listing.

Power BI report server relies in Windows / Azure Active Directory users, if you need an external domain , you will a trust relationship between domains.
Your other option is to use custom authentication
