Sharepoint (On premise) Excel source refresh not working on Power Bi Reporting server

I am using excel as a data source which is placed on a SharePoint (On premise) using Get data --> Web .

I upload report to power BI report server and make changes to the data source (excel), the data does not get refresh when i click on refresh button on the report.

Will it work only in case of schedule refresh and not when we click refresh manually?
