Send automatic mails with Report Server

Hi everyone,

I have created a report in the Report Server. The next step is to create automatic subscriptions, to make it possible to send emails  from the Report Server to my colleagues.

However, I know that this feature is not availiable is the Report Server. It's only possible to send a paginated report by mail when you work with the Report Server. But there should by work around right?

I know that Power Automate isn't an option. An organization has a application designed, namely Power BI Reports Scheduler (PBRS). However, this is a paid version. Maybe this is an option, but I uncertain if my organization is looking for this. Maybe implementing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) would work? Or are there other suggestions for a work around to solve this issue?

If you have any ideas, please let me know!

Not really. The only work around I'm aware of for pbix based reports is to open them manually in Power BI Desktop and export to PDF from there and manually attach the file to an email.

No, SSRS can only render paginated reports. Power BI Report Server is effectively SSRS plus the ability to view Power BI Reports.
