Scheduled refresh plan not working Feb 2020

Hello,

I have this issue for more than 2 weeks. i thought it could have been fixed by refreshing the pbi services but it doesn't work.

Case:

When i apply a new scheduled refresh plan, it doesn't trigger when the time comes and the Status stays on "Refreshing".

Even when i force the scheduled refresh plan, still not working.

I have already check my connections to Data Sources (SQL) and Test Connection shows "Connected Succesfully".

Please i need a solution as soon as possible

Hi there, what PowerBI version are you using? We have a similiar issue.
